Systems shape behaviour more reliably than intention. Every organisation running on individual brilliance is one resignation away from collapse. Heroics don't scale. Systems do.
Simplicity is a competitive advantage. Leaders don't need more noise. They need focus and a way of working that strengthens people instead of draining them. Clarity accelerates everything.

I've spent 20+ years inside global organisations across the United States, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Most of that time inside GE, one of the most complex globally distributed organisations on earth. I partnered directly with C-suite leaders in Dubai, Atlanta, and Milwaukee. I designed operating systems at scale, led org transformations, and built what most consultants only recommend.
Before HR, I founded a communications firm in Guinea, advised international organisations and embassies, and translated for the World Bank. I speak English, French, Haitian Creole, and Fulah. That background shapes everything: I understand global complexity from the inside, not from a framework.
