What I believe: the principles behind the work

AI should enable leaders, not replace the human judgement that makes great leadership possible. Most teams don't struggle with AI. They struggle with unclear work and unclear decisions. AI exposes the gaps that already exist.

Systems shape behaviour more reliably than intention. Every organisation running on individual brilliance is one resignation away from collapse. Heroics don't scale. Systems do.

Simplicity is a competitive advantage. Leaders don't need more noise. They need focus and a way of working that strengthens people instead of draining them. Clarity accelerates everything.

Culture is designed, not improvised. The DNA of any organisation is its Daily Natural Acts. You have to do the simple things daily until they become natural. That is how culture actually gets built.

I'm Boubacar. Built for the intersection of people, operations, and AI.

I've spent 20+ years inside global organisations across the United States, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Most of that time inside GE, one of the most complex globally distributed organisations on earth. I partnered directly with C-suite leaders in Dubai, Atlanta, and Milwaukee. I designed operating systems at scale, led org transformations, and built what most consultants only recommend.

Before HR, I founded a communications firm in Guinea, advised international organisations and embassies, and translated for the World Bank. I speak English, French, Haitian Creole, and Fulah. That background shapes everything: I understand global complexity from the inside, not from a framework.

Today I advise executives on AI enablement and operational efficiency through Catalyst Works Consulting.
